When you fill in our enquiry form or get in touch, we may collect:

• Details of your event — the date, times, venue name and postcode
• The packages, themes and personalisation you're interested in
• Anything else you choose to tell us in the notes

We only use your details to:

• Reply to your enquiry and check availability
• Arrange and deliver your booking
• Contact you about your event, including delivery and collection

We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to marketing lists without asking first.

Your enquiry form includes spam protection. We keep your details only for as long as we need them to manage your booking and our records, and then delete them.

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
